SPRECHER 32-2 Audits, AN ORDINANCF AMFNDING [the water system now owned and nrerated by the Borough; and the Council is of the opinion that said improvements and exfen- gions can best be accomplished by and through the agency of Mount Jov Borcugh Authority, a Munici- ral Authority, incorporated by this Borough under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945; therefore: Tae Boroush Council of the Borough of Mcunt Joy, Lancaster County, Pa., hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1. The Burgess, the President of Council and the Bo- rough Secretary are hereby au- thorized in the name and on behalf of the Borough of Mount Joy, to enter into an agreement (subject to all the terms and conditions con- tained in said Municipality Author- ities Act of 1945) with Mt.
