Miss Betty Jane Charles was appointed district food service manag- er, replacing Mrs. Helen Barnhart who is retiring. Mrs. Barbara Titus, a mother of two Seiler stu- dents, suggested to the board that a survey be done regarding the closing in of the Grandview courtyard. She also questioned the merit of the gifted student classes being held at Donegal.
