A man, named Bernard Kilcy, was before Recorder Eneu last evening on the charge of assault ond battery with intent to kill Herman SVhitehouse, the gate-keeper of the h'avy Yard. The latter testified that he and some lriends were passing along Washington avenue on the evening of the 21st of September, when the accused charged him with refusing to Allow him to come into the Navy Yard, and cut nim in the back, Inflicting a wound six inches in length. Riley was held in $2000 for a further hearing.
