The final score of the soccer game was 7—1. After a scoreless first period Garden Spot tallied three goals in the second quarter which prov- ed to be more than enough. Donegal’s lone score was a penalty kick by Mike Sager. SOLANCO VS. DONEGAL In more soccer, the junior varsity of Donegal battled a stubborn Solanco team to a 3—3 tie. After each of Donegal’s scores the Mules retaliated quickly to even Mike Sager scored twice for Donegal = and Greg Newlin added the third. : NOTICE Anyone interested in playing on the Chiques Co-Ed Volleyball League or anyone having a complete team interested in playing, please call Jo Anne Aument at 653-2219 on or before Sept. 26th.
