Woman of Year award plans by Cheryll Hallgren The Mount Joy Joycee- ettes will sponsor the third annual Club Women’s Tea honoring the Outstanding Woman of the Year to be held Sunday, May 15, 1977 at Hostetters Banquet Hall from 3 to S p.m. The tea honors not only the Woman of the Year but also all the women’s organ- izations in Mount Joy for their generous contribu- tions to the community. Nomination forms have been mailed to community orgaizations and must be returned by Monday, April 18, 1977. A committee of five people from the com- munity will evaluate the nominations and make the final selection. The Joycee-ettes would like to make this event a successful one. Holly Baker Holly Baker in Regional Band Holly Baker, daughter of Bakers, will attend Re- gional Band at Allen High School, Allentown on March 31, April 1, and April 2. This is the third event of this type Holly has attended during her years at high school, where she held first chair on the baritone saxophone. She also plays piano and alto sax. She is a member of the high school chorus and the Donegal Rhythm Singers and has participated in stage band and has been in County and District Bands for three years. She is enrolled as a music major at Elizabethtown College for the 77 term.
