Kingston Township has an- nounced the Pennsylvania Ameri- can Water Company (PAWC) will soon complete the installation of new walter mains on various streets in the Trucksville area. The water company will resur- face the streets in the spring of 2001. The permits issued by the Township, and by agreement with PAWC, require a full width over- lay of all streets where trenches were dug for the new water lines. Work was not completed in time for the resurfacing to be com- pleted in 2000. "The Township does not want the paving completed in poor weather conditions,” said Twp. Manager Jeffrey Box. The Township assures resi- dents that PAWC will complete the resurfacing as early as pos-, sible in the spring of 2001. The Township regrets any inconve- nience toresidents; however, resi- dents should understand that the water company's work schedule is beyond the Township's control. Questions about the project should be directed to Twp. Man- - ager Jeffrey Box at 696-3809. Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, -at 826-0102.
