'Hotfoot!" 1s just 1n time for winter The calendar may say its time to bundle up, but the Chicory House and the Folklore Society have plans to bring a new heat source to the area in time for the January chill. The dance series will feature a well-known contra dance band from the Hudson Val- ley area “Hotfoot!” They will be playing on , Jan. 11 to the calling of a favorite caller of the local dance group, Donna Hunt, com- ing from Morristown, NJ. The event takes place at 7 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, 97 S. Franklin Street, Wilkes- Barre. No partner or previous experience is necessary. A begin- ner session starts at 7 and all dances are both taught and called during the evening. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children and $15 for families.
