Notch, was the setting on May 25, 1996, for the wedding of Sharon - Chesna, Old Forge and Joseph Patts, Dallas. Father John Terry performed the ceremony. The bride, escorted to the altar by her father, chose Brenda Vittari as her maid of honor. Brides- maids were Lynn Frable, Deborah Killino and Jill DeCandis. Flower girls were Carissa Patts, daughter of the groom and Stacey Petro, niece and godchild of the groom. Michael Petro, brother-in-law of the groom was best man. Ushers were Bill Given, Mark Palma and John Chesna, brother of the bride. The reception was held at the Golden Palace. Rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents was held at Charlie Brown's. Amy Withers wins 2nd place Fea mart Sept. 7at in State talent program Amy Withers of Dallas recently completed in the Pre- Teen Pennsylvania Program in Harrisburg, PA. She won second place out of 58 girls in the Talent Competition in which she performed a pantomime dance number. Amy is a student of Kris Oberst of the Back Mountain Dance Studio. Kris choreographed Amy’s pantomime number, “Sara Lee”. Amy also received a trophy for Merit Accomplishments for activities she was involved in both in school and outside of school.
