She became a great- great grandmother this year when Caleb James was born to Marie and David Elston, Jr., on March 23,1992. SCORE plans business seminar SCORE Chapter counselors are shown at a planning for their upcoming workshop, “Starting and Managing A Small Business” which will be held on November 18 at the Holiday Inn, Wilkes-Barre. This is an all day workshop for people who are thinking of going into business or have done so recently and need assistance. The workshop will cover legal aspects, taxes and records, insurance, marketing, organizational structure and financing available. The cost of the workshop is $25 which includes lunch, refreshments and instructional material. The Service of Retired Executives (SCORE) is a resource for individuals who want to start a small business or for an existing business in need of assistance.
