The research showed a relation- ship between amount of eye con- tact and perception of nervous- ness and anxiety. The project involved videotap- ing interviews of several different subjects who were instructed to maintain eye contact for varying periods of time. The videotapes were then shown to other indi- viduals who completed an evalu- ation of those interviewed. The results of their evaluations showed that the less eye contact a model maintained, the more nervous or Svious he or she was perceived to Flexibility During Phone 675-4676 © QUALITY HOMES INC.
