The team received cash award of $35.00. Dickson, Martha McCoy and Bonnie Barnard wrote the script with the assistance of their home economics teacher. The team, composed of Richard Phillips, Beverly Dickson, Martha McCoy and Bonnie Barnard, demonstrated food sanitation prin- ciples of personal grooming, espe- cially hand care as well as those applying to the equipment and work area. The electric mixer was used to demonstrate accepted pro- cedures for cleaning food service equipment. Temperature control of bacteria growth and refrigerator use was also demonstrated. | Mrs. R. .C.
