SCHULTZ SAID, however, that he would not attempt the feat again, even if another student erased his record. He said he pre ferred to "rest on his laurels," ephemeral as they may be. Some observers said they feared the new "sport," which they termed "frivolous," would en croach upon the popularity of more sedate, standard pastimes such as telephone booth stuffing.
