Page Six College Will Play Host to Scores Of Schoolboy Athletes on May 6 Penn State will play host to scores of schoolboy athletes at the annual interscholastic track and field meet on May 6, Neil M. Fleming, graduate manager of athletics, announced yes terday. Nine schools have signified their intention of entering men in the meet, according to entries already re ceived. Most of them will compete with full teams, but several smaller schools will enter only their outstand ing performers. . (Bedford High, Strong Vincent High of Erie, Hummelstown High, East Penn’s Valley High’ of Millhoim, Lewistown High, Woodward Town ship High of Houtzdalc and Wyom ing Seminary at Kingston are the nine entrants to date. I Captain Mhrty Hesch, by winning three foils and an epee tilt, led the scoring for the Nittany fencers. Lipeczky and Krccgcr tied for second honors with each winning two foil bouts. ■ Biro and Deemer, who represented Lehigh in epee encounters captured three of the four bouts. The teams arc divided into two groups or classes, Class A for prep aratory schools, and Class B for high schools. This division permits the athletes to engage in competition with their equal in age and experience. In the Class A competition, Kiski. has annexed the trophy and the cham pionship for the last three years.
