BOYS' SHANTY BURNED Special to The Telegraph Dauphin, Pa., Nov. 19.—Last even ing about 7 o'clock a shanty, used as a sort of clubhouse for a crowd of small boys, burned to the ground. The shanty was situated on Canal street near Juniata. As soon as the fire was discovered the village hose cart, pulleu by boys, was rushed to the spot. They could do nothing for sometime, how ever, because one of the water plugs I refused to work. Finally it was fixed and the fire was put out.
