The question has often been asked ns, why don’t the Pennsylvania Railroad run an aooommodation tram on Sunday ? There are hundreds of per sons who would very gladly seize tho opportu nity to spend a few hours in the country on Ban day, if a train was run at suitable hours. Tho company already run one train on- Sunday, and it would not infringe on their rules to add another. There is no doubt pay, whioh is generally tho only point railroad corporations look to. By putting on a train whioh would leave the oity early in the morning, many oiti zens who have not tho leisure to travel at any other time, oould pay flying visits to their rural friends, enjoy the benefit of tho freslT air and return in the evening, well satisfied and ’rein vigorated to assumo tho labors of the comine week. We know it will bo a gratification to our citizens, and a source of pecuniary profit to the Company, if it will place on the road a Sunday aooommodation train.
