WASHINGTON, Oct. 31.—Commissioner Bogy, of the Indian Bureau, had a` confe-. rinse this morning with Gon. Sherman, at the headonarters of Gen. The new Comixdssioner appears to be anx ious to investigate into the truth of the va rious rumors in relation to the Indian troubles. Gen.
