That the Larimer Street Railway Company, its sue- N cessors, lessees and assigns, shall have the right and Is hereby authorized to enter upon and construct its railway, or branch, or extension thereof, with double lines of track, or with a sinsle line of track, with the necessary sidings, turnouts, switches, and connections over and along any and allot the following named streets and highways, or parts thereof, to wit: Beginning at tbe intersec tion of Collins avenue and Union street; thence along Union street to the intersection thereof with Broad street: thence along Broad street to the intersection thereof with Frankstown ave nue; thence along Franksiown avenue to Lin coln avenue: thence along Lincoln avenue to tbe intersection thereof with Mayflower street (provided that tbe consent ot tbe Citizensr Passenger Railway Company be procured as to the entry upon, occupation and use of that portion of Frankstown avenue lying between Broad street and Lincoln avenue), and In and along all the said streets and avenues before mentioned to construct, connect with its tracks, maintain, operate and use during the term named in Its charter, its railway or extension or branch thereof, and to use elec tricity as a motor power, and also to erect, maintain, operate and nse an overhead system for the snpply of motor power, and to erect, maintain and nse in and along the streets and -highways before mentioned, sneb pos s, poles or other support as said company mar deem convenient for the support or maintenance ot such overhead system,- under and sub- ject, however, to tbe provisions of a gen eral ordinance entitled, "A general ordi nance relating to tbe entry upon, over or nnder for the use or occupation of any street, lane or alley or any part thereof for any pur pose by passenger or street railway companies or by companies operating passenger or street , railways, and providing reasonable regulations pertaining thereto for tbe public convenience and safety." approved tbe 25th day of Febru ary, A. D. lS9a Section 2 The said Larimer Street Railway Company shall have tbe right, and consent is hereby given to said company to lease its prop erty and franchises to the Duquesne Traction Company, or any incorporated traction or mo- -tor power company which may desire to oper ate the railway of said company.
