upon, use and occupy certain streets and high
ways, and to lease its franchises and property,
or cither.
Section 1 Be it ordained and enacted by the
city of Pittsburg, in Select anu Common Coun
cils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and. .
enacted by authority of the same. That the
Larimer Street Railway Company, its sue- N
cessors, lessees and assigns, shall have the
right and Is hereby authorized to enter
upon and construct its railway, or branch,
or extension thereof, with double lines of
track, or with a sinsle line of track,
with the necessary sidings, turnouts, switches,
and connections over and along any and allot
the following named streets and highways, or
parts thereof, to wit: Beginning at tbe intersec
tion of Collins avenue and Union street; thence
along Union street to the intersection thereof
with Broad street: thence along Broad street to
the intersection thereof with Frankstown ave
nue; thence along Franksiown avenue to Lin
coln avenue: thence along Lincoln avenue to
tbe intersection thereof with Mayflower street
(provided that tbe consent ot tbe Citizensr
Passenger Railway Company be procured as
to the entry upon, occupation and use of that
portion of Frankstown avenue lying between
Broad street and Lincoln avenue), and In

its tracks, maintain, operate and use during
