Hoeltzel, abarberen Sixteenth Btreet, two doers below Market,- are alarmed at his mysterious disappear ance. He has net been at his place of business since Friday, and the last seen of him was en that evening, when he visited the Arch Street theatre in company with his cousin, a young lady living at Twenty fourth aud Brown streets. On bidding her geed night be said he was going straight home He did net de se, how ever, nor did he send any word te his mother or te the men employed in his shop. " Mr. Hoeltzel has been a sober and in dustrious man and was regular in his habits. Though young, he bad a geed custom and was making money. Dublin, May 16. The trial of Fitz harris, the cab driver, as an accessory after the fact te the murder of Lord Frederick Cavendish and Mr. Burke, was concluded this morning. The jury re turned a verdict of guilty against him and he was sentenced te penal servitude for life. True Bills Found. The grand jury have found truebills for conspiracy te murder against Kingsten, Oibney and LTealy who were charged with conspiracy te murder Peele, the informer, and a true bill for threatening te murder against Matthias Brady, who was charged with making threats against the life of the foreman of the jury which convicted his brother, Jee Brady. Fleas of Various Prisoners. Several of the prisoners, who are charged with conspiracy te murder, were arraigned te-day. Daniel Delaney and Edward McCaffrey pleaded guilty, and their sentences were deferred. Kingsten and Gibney pleaded net guilty. Themas Martin pleaded guilty, but was allowed his liberty, en his agreeing te leave the country. Arrested for Complicity in Landlord Murders Balla, May 10. A man named Patrick Nally has been arrested ou the charge of conspiracy te murder landlords in the vicinity of Ballina. It is expected that many ethor arrests en the same charge will be made. In the Senate te-day the Standard oil company resolu tion of inquiry was reported from the committee, providing for the appointment of a joint committee of eight, te inquire into its alleged liability of the corporation te the state, the expenses of thecommittee net te exceed $2,000. Humes succeeded in haviug action postponed for the pur pose of examining it. The Heuso bill pro viding for fortnightly payments te labor ers about manufactories aud mines was negatively reported. The following Heuso bills passed finally : Requiring physicians in cities of the second class te report te the beard of health all infectious diseases ; authorizing permanent certificates te ba issued te teachers in cities of the fourth class ; providing for free evening schools. The Senate then considered the Mexican war pension bill. The bill passed linally by a vote of .1 te 9 after a long discussion. After several unimportant bills had passed second leading, Hulings, of Venango, moved te reconsider the vote by which the oil tax bill was passed, which was agreed te, and an amendment was discussed nntil adjournment requiring pipe line companies te furnish the amount of oil transported te the auditor general at stated periods. TlIlS G. A. It. KE.UNION. The Ceremonies at Washington, V. V. Washington, May 16. The weather te day proved most auspicious for the opening ceremonies of the reunion of the Army of the Potomac. At 11:20 p. m., the precession, which consisted of 700 men of the society of the Army of the Potomac and an escort composed of various organizations te the number of about 1,800 men, moved up Fifteenth street and proceeded ever the principal streets te Pennsylvania avenue and passed iu review befere the stand erected upon the pavement opposite the White Heuse. Upen the stand were the president, Gen. Sherman and a num ber of ethor premiuent meu. It was the nrst representative gathering of the Army of the Potomac in Washing ton since the war, and as the soldiers of twenty years aae marched past the stand, many of them gray-haired and bearded, it recalled the review of 18G5, when the Arm v of the Potomac passed in review of the president, 100,000 strong. t T? Reports have been received of the ravages of Mon day night's storm in Indiana aud Ohie, showing that the cyclone Bwept across an area about twelve miles in length, about six miles north of Cenncrsville, Ind., with a path a few reds wide,striking the little village of Waterloo and destroying every house but three m the place and doing great damage te the farms in its path, but injuring nobody. The fine iron bridge ever White Water river was whirled te pieces. In the south ern part of Wayne county adjoining much damage was dene te the farms. Houses were unroofed and one or two people were slightly injured. The same storm passed through Preble county, Ohie, unroefing houses and barns and doing damage estimated at 879,000. Farther east at Germantown and Miamis- burg there was a severe hail storm, doing immense damage te vegetation. The fruit was almost entirely destroyed. The Dankard Assemblage In Kansas. Lawrence, Kan., May 10. The yearly meeting of the German Baptists or Dunk ards, opened at Bismarck Greve, yester day, 70,000 people being in attendance from all parts of the United States.
