In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed. Drop by tablespoon about two inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove cookies to rack to cool. Makes 2V4 dozen. Sugarless Apple Pie 6 medium apples 3 tablespoons com starch 1 tablespoon cinnamon 12 ounce can frozen apple juice 1 tablespoon butter Arrange apples in crust. Mix together cornstarch, cinnamon, and apple Juice. Stir constantly while bringing to a boil. When it turns dear, remove from heat. Stir in butter. Pour over apples. Cover with top pastry. Place pie plate on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
