DHIA Appoints Field Staff STATE COLLEGE (Centre Co.) Dean Amick, director of field operations for Pa. DHIA, has recently announced several new field staff appointments. Named a region manager was David Shenk, a senior technician from Perry County, who is to be working closely with Harry Fritz. Fritz is regional manager for the southeast part of the state. He is scheduled to retire Nov. 1, com pleting a 45-year career with DMA. After Fritz retires, Shenk is to be regional manager.
