PFA Votes yes For .Tax Reform * \ j HARRISBURG The leader of the Pennsylvania Farmers’ Association (PFA) today urged Pennsylvanians to vote “Yes” for local tax reform in the May 16th primary. At a Capitol rally attended by several hundred farmers, PFA president Keith Eckel of Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County, said, “Average homeowners, far mers and retirees on fixed in comes deserve a break on their property taxes.
