Laying of the cornerstone of the new Pennsylvania Depart ment of Agriculture office and laboratory building opposite the Farm Show Arena in Har risburg has been set for Wed nesday, December 11. Participating in the cere mony at high noon will be Governor William W. Scranton, State Agriculture Secretary Leland H. Bull, A. J. Caruso, executive director of the Gea- fM $ mti&S -y t . eral State Authority, also all living former State Secretaries of Agriculture and representa tives of statewide farm organi zations and agencies. On the same date the State Council of Farm Organizations will hold its annual meeting in the Farm Show Building. Th.e December meeting of 'the Pennsylvania Livestock and Allied Industries Association also will be held that day. Invitations will be extended to the president of each state wide farmer association and al lied organization to attend the event or designate a represen tative.
