C) May not serve on committees under the SGA unless mentioned in this constitution or bylaws. Executive Board and Senior Senators A) Elections shall be held in the spring semester and handled by the election screening committee. B) There term of office shall be from the last SGA meeting in the spring semester to the last meeting the following year. C) Must be a registered student, not be on disciplinary probation, and must be in good standing with the University to qualify and remain in office. D) Must take the oath of office to begin their term. Associate Justices and Chief Justice A) Shall be appointed by the President of SGA, and confirmed by two thirds majority vote of the Senate. B) Their term shall run from the moment they take the oath of office to the day they graduate, are removed, or resign. C) Must be registered students, not be on disciplinary probation and must be in good standing with the University to qualify and remain in office. D) Justices must take the oath of office to begin their term.
