Located 4 miles West of Eliza bethtown on Falmouth Rd. CALL 367-2959 October 22, 1975 LARRY MOYER Larry Moyer at Con. Bible Is it really possible for me to know now—in this life— where I'm going when I die? What about life? Is there really any reason for living? Is there an answer to the problems of guilt, loneli- ness, and discouragement? Larry Moyer, speaker for special services at Congre- gational Bible Church, Rt. 441, Marietta, Pa., clearly answers such questions as these, basing each answer on the authority of the Bible. The services begin Sunday, October 26, and continue through Sunday, November 2. Morning services are at 10:30 and evening services at 7:30. “I feel that my job is to clearly explain the Bible and show people that God speaks to life where we are living,”’ says Mr. Moyer. “For years, I thought the Bible was a boring and confusing book. Everytime I read it, I thought I was reading somebody else’s mail! Then someone ex- plained how it applied to me, and God changed my life.” Born in Elizabethtown, Pa., the son of a dairy farmer, Larry Moyer has received thorough prepara- tion for his work of meeting the needs of people with answers from the Scrip- tures. A graduate of Philadelphia College of Bi- ble, he also holds a master of theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and served in the pastorate prior of his evangelistic work. He and his wife, Tammy, live in Dallas. Since beginning his min- istry of evangelism in 1973, Mr. Moyer has travelled throughout the country speaking to adults and young people in churches, area-wide crusades, camps, youth rallies, and on high school and college campus- es. He has also held crusades outside the United States. He is now president of Encounter International, Inc., an evangelistic organi zation based in Dallas. “I'm extending a person- al invitation to you to attend these services,’’ says Larry Moyer, ‘‘and bring a Bible-- you might find it interest- Ing 15:00, oth, Svicrd SURO, 3405 wa 15 Led
