The Midget Midgets tournament begins July 12 at 11a.m. and continues July 13, 19, and 20. Mr. Earl Hutchinson is the tournament director. ‘This year M.Y.O. is also ‘having a tournament for the girls of Elizabethtown and Donegal. This. is a slow pitch league. The younger girls, ages 8 to 12, will start July 12, at 1p.m. and continue July, 13. This will be an elimination tournament. The older girls, ages 13 to 15, will begin July 19 at 1p.m. and continue July 20. This will be a double elimination tournament. Everyone in the area is invited to the action. The next meet- ing therefore, is scheduled for Sunday, June 8th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marietta Community House. All coaches and any interested area adults are urged to attend. At the last meeting, $527.00 was appropriated for insurance coverage for 1975, $59.00 for equipment and entrance fees, and it was decided that all profits from operating the Sno- Cone Stand, by our Aux- iliary, during the Marietta Fire Company Carnival, will be donated tc the Fire Company. Schedules of our teams’ home games will be posted in public places in town to help people arrange to see our players in action.
