Ressler, 65, of 451 Juniata St., Lancaster, died Thursday, Dec. 16, at his home after an illness of three months, Born in Mount Joy, he was a son of the late Rufus and Hallie Hes'let Ressler and wa: a lifetime county resi- dent. He retired last September for health reasons from Harv and Grams Restaurant, Wil- low Street Pike, where he was owner or co-owner for the past nine years. Prior to that he was a truck driver for various area firms. Survivors include his step- mother, - Mrs. Mary Ressler, Manheim, a brother, Ray- mond Ressler, Lititz R4; a step-brother, Richard Shultz, Lancaster and two step-sisters Mrs. Helen Blechinger and Rhoda Sipe, both of Manheim Services were held from the Young Funeral home, Lancas- ter. Saturday, Dec. 18, and burial was made in Riverview Burial Park. : PAUL HIPPLE Paul (Minnie) Hipple, 78, of 250 W. Main street, died on Wednesday, Dec. 15, at 11 p. m. at Conestoga View, where he was a guest one year, He retired in - 1963 as a foreman in the shipping de- partment of Gerbeich-Payne .County, THE BULLETIN, MOUNT JOY, PA. Shoe Co. A veteran of World War 1, he served with the U. S. Ar- my AEF as a hospital corps- man with Hospital Train No, 52. Born in Middletown, a son of the late Perry and Rebec- ca Cope Hipple, he resided in Mount Joy 50 years. A mem- ber and past commander of American Legion Post 185, Mount Joy, he portrayed San- ta Claus at all the Christmas parties until he became ill two years ago. He was a member of Trin- ity Lutheran church, Mt. Joy; Casiphia Lodge 551, F and AM; Mount Joy Friendship Fire Co., and a former mem- ber of the executive commit- tee of Lancaster County Dem- ocrats. Surviving are his widow, Mary Rebecca Wise Hipple; two daughters, S. Jeanette, wife of Joserh Germer; and Mary E., wife of Robert Hoff- master, both of Mount Joy; four grandchildren; one great- granddaughter; two brothers; Harvey, of Elizabethtown and Abraham, of Etters, Pa, also one sister, Mary, wife of Wil- liam Givens, Middletown. Services were held from the Sheetz funeral home Sat- urday, Dec. 18, and burial was made in the Mount Joy cemetery. MARTHA WOLGEMUTH Mrs. Martha R. Wolgemuth, 61, of 620 N. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attend- ed by her sister, Mrs. George W. Glattacker, as matron of honor. Flower girl was Miss Sarah E. Harnish, niece of the bride, Ronald L. Kilby served as best man for his brother. Da- vid J. Harnish, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer. The bride wore a gown of green velvet © trimmed in white lace and carried a bou- quet of white carnations and pompons accented with holly. Her illusion veil fell from a headpiece of green velvet. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church fellowship hall. The couple will reside on Miller Rd, Washington Boro R1.
