Mrs. Walter Brandt, junior chairwoman, arrang- ed the event and gave each girl a year pin. 323 girls, from 17 local troops, came to the ingathering and donated all sorts of things: Snoopy pencil boxes, games, sock dolls, baby clothes, pillows and pomanders. The girls were welcomed by the president, Mrs. Daniel Wolgemuth. Each troop had a repre- sentative explain how its project was completed.
