The bouquets were gifts from their grandsons, Mark and Jason Spickler of Marietta. The Spickler boys also left a May basket at the door of Helen Schlossman, a family friend in Columbia. §§§ Coast Guard Machinist’s Mate Keith Dishart, the son of Beverly L. and Ralph Dishart, Jr., of 311 N. Plum Street, participat- ed in the rescue of a crew- member aboard a fishing vessel 40 miles east of Ocean City, MD. His wife, Karen, is the daughter of Henry B. and Norma Klugh of 322 N. Market Avenue, Mount Joy. Dishart is a search and rescue aircrewman station- ed at Cape May, NJ. His “helicopter picked up a man who had severed his arm at the elbow. The injured man was flown to a hospital. §§§ Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Braun, 719 Wood Street, Mount Joy, were honored recently at a surprise dinner at the Hershey Motor Lodge to mark their 60th wedding anniversary. Braun, 78, and his wife Velma, 77, were married on April 19, 1919 by the Rev. Charles A. Snavely at Glossbrenner United Meth- odist Church, Mount Joy. Braun retired from Bach- man Chocolate Factory, Mount Joy, in 1964 after working there for almost 34 years. For nearly 4C years he has been teaching the Good Cheer Sunday School Class at the Glossbrenner United Methodist Church. Mrs. Braun is the Sunday school class treasurer. The Brauns are members of the Mount Joy area Leisure Club. The couple has three children: Mrs. Wesley Ep- pler, Mount Joy; Ernest Braun, Warner-Robbins, in Georgia; and Larry Braun, Wichita, Kansas. Fish not radioactive Tests of fish collected from the Susquehanna River around TMI have shown no signs of radiation, according to the Pennsylvania Fish Commission. Area Manager Larry Jackson, aided by technicians Bud Baker and Ron Huey, conducted the tests. One sample of fish was collected at Falmouth on April 12th. No radioactive iodine was detected in them.
