Dramatization at Glossbrenner A living dramatization of DaVinci’s Last Supper will be presented at Gloss- brenner U.M. Church in Mount Joy on Sunday, March 12th, at 7:30 PM. It will be enacted by the men’s organization of the First United Methodist Church of Hershey, which first presented it in 1971. Since that time, the men have presented it for many groups during Lenten sea- sons. Throughout this unusual production, the actors hold frozen in the positions depicted in DaVinci’s fam- ous painting. They move only when their turns come to present a soliliquy. The painting represents the instant after Jesus told the disciples that one of them would betray Him. Each cried out, “‘Is it I, Lord?’’ The actors in the drama speak their thoughts at this moment in their turns. This presentation is in demand. As a result there are two complete casts, comprising SO people. John P. Meszaros is the director. This will be the Sth in the series of co-operative Lenten services, co-spon- sored by Glossbrenner U.M. Church and the Florin Church of the Brethren. Nursery care will be available.
