Community Council plans parade by Sharon Funk The Mount Joy Commun- ity Council held its Febru- ary meeting in Borough Hall, at which time ‘‘Pride in Our Past” was selected as the theme for Mount Joy's Memorial Day parade being held May 27 at 2 PM. Area church and civic organizations have been invited to enter a float in the parade. Floats must be decorated in accordance with the theme ‘‘Pride in Our Past’’ to be eligible for monetary prizes.
