At a meeting of the Board of School Directors of the Donegal School District on the 2nd of December, 1976, the fol- lowing resolution was duly enacted: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of School Directors of Donegal School District, and is hereby resolved as follows: 1. All taxpayers who shall fail to make payment of any taxes charged against them by Donegal School District pursuant to the Act of May 2S, 1945 (P.L. 1050, No. 394), known as the ‘Local Tax Collection Law’ for four (4) months after the date of the tax notice forwarded to such taxpayers, shall be charged a penalty of ten per centum (10%) which penalty shall be added to the taxes by the tax collector and be collected by him. 2. All taxpayers subject to the payment of taxes assessed by Donegal School District pursuant to the ““Local Tax Collection Law’’ shall be entitled to a discount of 2 per centum (2%) from the amount of such tax upon making payment of the whole amount thereof within two (2) months after the date of the tax notice. 3. All resolutions, pro- visions, rules and regula- tions inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked, sus- pended, and repealed. 4. This Resolution shall be effective at midnight, June 30, 1977.
