Page 8 - SUSQUEHANNA TIMES Donegal Braves A team wins, B and C teams lose at Catholic High On October 24, a cold and rainy day, the Donegal Braves traveled to Catholic High Field in Lancaster to play St. Anne’s Midget Football Team. The ““‘B’’ Team got off to right back and scored on a 60 yard Lucabaugh to Snyder pass. It was 8 to 6 at half-time.. The Braves suffered more injuries to players in the first half and could not hold St. Annes ued it’s winning ways by a score of 26 to 12, showing a good defense by Fellen- baum, Perry, Bishart, Marshall, Lehman and Kolp; and an overpowering offense with Neal and Butz a 80 yard touchdown run. The score at the half was Braves 8, St. Anne 6. Donegal continued to score in the third quarter with Neal scoring again. In the fourth quarter with St. it in for a touchdown. On the next set of plays Scott Buckius intercepted a pass and took it in for another touchdown. The game end- ed with the Braves on top 26-12. November 3, 1976 could not score.
