Bomberger A Mount Joy native has been named registrar at Eastern Mennonite College in Harrisonburg, VA. James R. Bomberger, son of Mrs. D. M. Wolgemuth and the late E. M. Bom- berger, will begin his new assignment July 1. He is currently professor of Eng- lish at EMC and will continue to teach part-time. Dr. Bomberger will suc- ceed Lester C. Shank, who is taking a three-year leave-of- absence to teach at Choma Secondary School in Zambia under the Teachers Abroad Program of Mennonite Cen- tral Committee. The registrar's office evaluates transfer credit, keeps students’ academic records, and schedules classes. An EMC graduate, Dr. Bomberger received an American Cancer Society Residential volunteers for the 1976 Cancer Crusade are currently soliciting funds from their friends and neighbors throughout Lan- caster city and county, according to Richard J. Ber- gan, Residential Crusade chairman for the Lancaster County Unit, American Cancer Society. The following people have been named chairman for the American Cancer Society. Mary Ann Spangler (426- 3377) is Marietta chairman, Mrs. Donald C.
