Improved Black Hawk Cast Iron Ore Washer,
assigned and transterred, for a valuable con
sideration, under his hand and seal, the undi
vided one half of all his right, title and inter
est in the said invention. to the undersigned ;
and subsequently the said &Bryan and the
undersigned entered into co-partnership for
the purpose of manufacturing and selling said
Ore Washers.
This is to give notice that, the recent stets
and conduct of the Said O'Bryan being incon
sistent with the longer continuance of the said
partnership, the same is hereby diss.Aved ; and
that the undersigned will not, from this date,
be liable for any debts which the said O'Bryan
may contract in the manufacture of said Ore
Washers or otherwise.
Also, that the said O'Bryan has no authori
ty from me, the half owner, to sell any of said
Ore Washers for less than $200.00, and all
persons purchasing any of said Ore Washers
for less than $200.00 are hereby warned that
I will look to them for my half alba profit on
each machine at the rate of $200.00 each.
