Patriotic concert will honor veterans The Shavertown United Methodist Church Fine Arts and the Back Mountain Men’s Ecumenical Group will spon- sor a patriotic concert to honor veterans at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. Lewis 10 at the church, 163 N. Pioneer Ave., Shavertown. All proceeds will benefit the 1st Lt. Michael Cleary Memorial Fund which sup- ports veterans and their families. Shavertown UMC Chancel choir, God's Handful and guests will Eileen M. Sorokas be joined by the West Pittston UMC choir. Also participating will be Shavertown United Methodist Praise Ringers and Children of Light.
