PEOPLE BRIEFS Weaver receives award from U of S Lauren Nicole Weaver, of Shavertown, received the Excellence in Health Adminis- tration Award during com- mencement ceremonies for The University of Scranton. She earned a bachelor of science, summa cum laude, in health administration with a minor in business. She was a member of the Omega Beta Sigma Honor Society and president of the Health Administration Society. A graduate of Holy Redeem- er High School, she plans to work for the GFK Group in East Hanover, N.J., then pur- sue an MBA.
