An outdoor courtyard area, expanded audito- rium and buffet-style cafeteria are just some of the highlights of this state-of-the art facility. The $43 million project is re- ceiving final inspections and touch-ups before its formal dedi- cation at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 28.
