In addition to the festival, there was a Cow Pie Bingo sponsored by the Lake-Leh- man Educational Foundation, a parade, a performance in memory of Justine Martin by cheerleaders and A.J. Martin prior to the introduction of the homecoming court and the crowning of the king and queen during halftime of the football game. The gymnasium at the Lake- Lehman Junior/Senior High School was transformed into the look of several countries, including the USA, Frances, Mexico, Italy and China for the 2008 Homecoming Dance on October 4. The semi-formal dance was open to students in grades nine through 12 and featured a “Countries of the World” theme.
