How about a humongous pota- to that resembles George W. Bush? If so, you may be in line for a first place ribbon in the new Harvest Vegetable Contest at the Dallas Harvest Festival. The Harvest Vegetable Contest and the Ama- teur Chili Contest are both new to the Dallas Har- vest Festival this year. The Harvest Vegetable Contest will feature two groups: largest and oddities. The pumpkin, toma- to, carrot and zucchini that weighs the most will win. These specific vegetables were chosen be- cause they are commonly harvested in mid-Sep- tember.
