The trophy is similar to the Old Shoe Trophy awarded to the winner of the football game between the Back Mountain schools. ¢ A Back Mountain man com- piled all of the local and national television coverage about Cleary and made a CD for the family. ¢ Cleary’s former fraternity at Hamilton College — Sigma Phi — hired an artist to paint a portrait - of Mike for the former fraternity house, which now houses admin- istrative offices. Our family has reached the different part yet. “But we've had so many calls from friends. People who knew Michael from high school, col- lege and the Army check on us. We hear from at least five or six people from each of those (cate- gories). There are a lot of won- derful people who care.” The Clearys are traveling to Florida to spend the holidays with one of their daughters, Kel- ly.
