The Dallas fall baseball team recently completed its regular season in the Wyoming Valley Fall Baseball League with a 7-13 record. The fall playoffs were suspended due to inclement weather. The regular season turned out to be a tune-up for veterans and a primary training period for nine players who had not appeared in varsity or junior varsity games last spring. Leading the pitching staff were Dave Harding (3-2, 2.03 ERA) and Josh Shaver (2-2, 1.59 ERA). Tommy Parrish, Doug Harding and John Giampietro pitched a combined 50 innings, and each had solid outings. Myer Messinger pitched in some key spots late in the sea- son. Offensively, Greg Harris and Ryan Phillips set the pace with a .451 average and a .439 average, respectively. Harris also led the team in doubles (5), walks (17), and RBI (16).
