B DIVISION The Junior Mounts moved their record to 5-0 with a 46-6 win against the Plymouth Indians. The offensive line had another great game, opening up huge holes for the backs. The blocking was led by Brenten Pannell, Sal Moran, Nick Kon, Jeremy Geisin- ger, Logan Bullock and Chase Benson. The backfield scored six touch- downs on the ground, with Ryan Hanson, Brett Wanek, Eric An- derson, Garrett Artsma, Billy Dixon and F.J. Costantino reac- hing the endzone. Dixon scored two 2-point conversions and com- pleted a pass to Alex Barrilla for another. Barilla also ran for a two- pointer and Bryan Mc Donnell added another. The Dallas played a solid game, holding the Indians to six points. The defensive line was led by Ryan Deremer, Nate Vario, Mike Mulea, Kyle Pilger, Dylan Pilger, Donnie Behm and Brian Stepniak. C DIVISION The Dallas offense and defense played one of their best games of the season in a 40-6 win against Plymouth. Mark Michno ran for touchdowns of 58 and 70 yards and Ryan Zapoticky ran back an interception 28 yards for a touch- down on the first play of the game. In the first quarter, Mitchell Benson had a 42-yard touchdown run and Nick Luzetski added a 29-yard touchdown as Dallas led 26-0 at the half. Quarterback Mi- key Shutlock turned in a solid performance. The defense was led by Ryan Monk, Chris Rosencrans, Cody Long and Josh Probst who had multiple tackles. Both Will Akins and Jack Parente had great open- field tackles to prevent Plymouth touchdowns. D DIVISION The Junior Mounts improved to 4-1 with a 26-0 win against Ply- mouth. The Junior Mounts used two touchdowns by Cole Dixon and one each by Chad Phillips and Justin Sweeney. Dixon also added two-point conversion. On defense, Phillips had an intercep- tion and Dixon recovered a fum- ble. Jackson Shaver, Eric George, Justin Hutchins, Zachary Dixon, Paul Zablotney, Sam Parente, Sterling Barnes and Stone Man- nello helped hold Plymouth scoreless throughout the game. as B team remains unbeaten A member of the Dallas Junior Mounts gets a good block from a teammate for big gain during a game against Plymouth. Kingston Township Raiders C team remains undefeated in league play The Kingston Township Raiders youth football pro- gram posted a 2-1-1 record last weekend against Forty Fort in Wyoming Valley West Youth Football League action. The A team fell 20-6, while the B and C teams posted wins. The D team came from behind to post a 6-6 tie against the Flyers. B DIVISION David Gawlas and Quincy Patrick each scored two touchdowns to lead the Raid- ers to a 28-12 victory against Forty Fort. The win improves the Raid- ers record to 3-2. Patrick opened the scoring with along run around the corner and lat- er scored on another long sweep. Gawlas scored on a long quarterback keeper around the right side of the line and added another touch- down on a keeper up the mid- dle. Two-point conversions were added by Gawlas and Jus- tin Rivero. Robby Boedecker, Chris Os- trum and Bobby Baker did a good job running the ball be- hind the blocking of Rivero, Justin Hromek, Luke Ed- wards, Mike Sebastian, Jim Caffrey, T.J. Weeks and Os- trum. The Raider defense was led by Jake Piskorik, Jim Rocco- grandi, Kris Roccograndi, Joey Delamater, Brandon Rome, Jim Lewis and Chris Hood. C DIVISION The Kingston Township C team improved its record to 5-0 with a 28-8 win against the Forty Fort Flyers. Corey Patrick scored on the first play from scrimmage with a 66-yard touchdown burst and added another score early in third quarter.
