Decker The Back Mountain Senior High Catholic Youth Council recently held a formal dedication service near an ornamental pear tree they planted on the grounds of Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre, in memory of Peter G. Decker, M.D. who passed away in November 2003. Dr. Decker was a man of great skill, strong conviction and deep compassion, who expertly treated his many patients with a human touch. He unselfishly served Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre as Chief of Medicine, Chief of Staff and Board Member.
