NANCY MENN Resident of Shavertown Nancy Davis Menn of the Shavertown section of Kingston Township, passed away on Monday July 28, 2003 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospi- tal. Born in Wilkes-Barre on Oct. 19, 1938, she was the daughter of Amelia Brauch Davis and William Christopher Davis, both deceased. Nancy was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Wilkes-Barre. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leon. Nancy will be sadly missed by her husband and soulmate of 43 years, Joe. Ever roman- tic, Nancy and Joe’s marriage stood still as a model of true love and admiration for their family and friends. They were to celebrate their 44th wed- ding anniversary in November. Their years together were filled with laughter and all those who were close to them, especially dear friends Dick and Jane Maurer, who enjoyed sharing in that laughter. She is also survived by her brother, William of Honesdale. Nancy was immensely proud of her four sons. Her love for ' “her boys” fully ex- tended to the wonderful women with whom they chose to spend their lives. Joseph and his wife Karen reside in Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Robert and his wife Kelly, live in Larksville; Gary and his wife Lynn, reside in Dallas; Richard and his wife Tracey, reside in Mount Vernon, N.Y. Nancy has six grandchil- dren, each adored. Robert, Michael, Marissa, Sara, Joseph and Cassondra all were eagerly anticipated, equally doted upon and happily spoiled.
