4 Dallas Post Dallas, PA Thursday, January 16, , 2003 Sharpen your photo skills while helping the land trust International photographer Ian Campbell is offering an in- troductory nature/outdoor pho- tography course to benefit the North Branch Land Trust on Saturday, January 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To be held on-site at the Ay- ers farm in Noxen, this half-day course will provide hands-on in- struction while exploring one of the area’s most beautiful pri- vately owned preserved farms. Participants can explore a local landscape that has remained untouched for centuries, and thanks to the work of NBLT will remain untouched forever. Land Protection Specialist Josh Longmore will be on hand to describe the unique features of the land, as well as the species that live there. Anyone with a 35mm camera is invited to attend; one roll of film (with processing) will be provided. A donation of $25 is required, and attendees must.pring their own 35mm cameras. Because this is a winter shoot, appropriate boots, gloves, jackets etc. should be worn as the snow is deep in some areas. Also, bring a bag lunch. Pre- serving precious land is the pri- mary mission for the North Branch Land Trust, formed nearly a decade ago to help pro- tect the quality of life in this re- gion.
