(TBS, Inc.) In this role, Watchulonis as- sumes leadership for the public affairs department, with respon- sibility for FCC compliance and reporting, community relations and all public affairs production, as well as overseeing the day-to- day operations of the public af- fairs department. Watchulonis is based in Atlanta and reports to Tingle. Watchulonis most recently served as senior producer for public affairs, a position he reached after working his way up through the ranks of produc- er and associate producer. He joined Turner Broadcasting in 1994 as a production assistant. Watchulonis counts among his honors 10 Southeastern Re- gional Emmy Awards and 25 Emmy nominations. He also produced, directed and edited a documentary special chosen for screening at the United Nations International World Oceans Conference. Three different sizes and varieties of dog biscuits will be packaged and ready for holiday gift giving. The dog biscuit varieties are: Regular, Peanut Butter, and Carob and mixed, and come is sizes small, medium and large. Cost of each bag is $3. Orders can be placed by calling Sherry at 696-3854. Low-income heating grants available UGI Utilities, Inc. customers can apply for federal energy assis- tance dollars to keep their homes warm this winter. These grants, which do not need to be repaid, help customers with limited or fixed incomes pay their heating bills, repair or replace a heater and avoid utility service shut off. Last winter over 10,000 UGI customers received money from this fund. The average grant was $239.
