Swida said most of her family’s guns are put away in a metal cabinet, but there are two that are out. “It's the best secondary means of preventing someone from gain- ing access to them,” said Bal- avage. He said the program would have begun earlier, but the last set of locks that came out as A display of the different types of firearms the gunlocks can be used on. part of the project were recalled. Residents can pick up the locks between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. five days a week.
