Lake-Lehman has many new parts to fit together By TIMOTHY J. RAUB Special to The Dallas Post Bob Langan will have his work cut out for him. With the exception of a nearly intact returning offen- sive line, tight end and flanker, the Black Knights will be as green as it gets on of- fense. “If we're looking for one returning strength, we're OLD FASHIONED HAMBURGERS. everybody on our line except one player,”Langan said. "1 automatically told the guys at camp in the beginning of the season, our success has to hang on that senior offensive line. “I have my tight end back, my flanker back and four of my five offensive line, so that should be the strength of this offensive team. I have some skilled players in the back- Football field, but nobody that has any true game experience, so the offensive line will have to shoulder the load.” But if there is one highlight outside of the offensive line for the Black Knights this sea- son, it is the return of the Dallas Dining Romm Open Everyday 10 AM to 10 PM Pick Up Window Open Till Midnight Memorial Highway Wyoming Valley Conference. Langan said the new sched- ule should give Lake-Lehman playing a level playing field, facing many other teams with the same problems. “We're back in a situation where the teams we're playing have the same kind of prob- lems we have with numbers, so it kind of becomes a more balanced situation,” said Lan- gan. ~The teams we're playing have the same kind of depth problems we have and that kind of balances the playing field a bit.” QUARTERBACK: With the loss of Zack Ragukas to grad- uation, Langan has taken his time picking a starter.
