Feinstein Wins Henderson Scholarship Ross Feinstein of Shavertown was recently awarded a Henderson Scholarship one of two granted annually by Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School. The son of Peter and Jane Feinstein, Ross will be a freshman at * the Upper School in September. He participated on the Math- Counts Team, served as a Blue Team leader, and was captain of both the soccer and basketball teams. Recently he received the Dr. Sheldon H. Kluger Memorial Science Award, the Marjorie Har- vey Smith Award (community service), and the Anna M. Olcott Award for Scholarship and Conduct at the Lower School Com- mencement. The Henderson Scholarship, now in its sixth year, is awarded annually to two Wyoming Seminary Lower School eighth grade students who will go on to the Upper School and who exhibit char- acteristics of academic achievement, community leadership, high performance and superior communication skills. Schweitzer to receive Master’s from Ithaca Emily Schweitzer, of Dallas will receive a master of science de- gree in physical therapy from the Division of Graduate Studies at Ithaca College, following completion of summer fieldwork.
